Requirements:

• Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
• Education min D3 degree
• Having good analytical thinking, problem solver and good communication skill
• Having a vast knowledge on internet and social media
• Having min 1 year experience as Customer Service is an advantage
• Willing to work in shift and work on holiday
• Able to work individually or within a team

Responsibilities:

• Giving a comprehensive solution to Tokobagus member
• Giving technical support to Tokobagus member via email, telephone and other application
• Able to solve common problem on computer and internet
