 HR & GA Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all functions and activities of the HRD and GA Department,
• Manages the administration of human resource policies, programs, and practices throughout the plant,
• Manages recruitment process for all employee level
• Manage general affairs activities
• Assures implementation and administration of compensation and benefit programs,

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) Psychology
• Must be fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
• Experienced in same or similar position, minimum 5 years
• Highly motivated & able work under pressure
• Ready to work immediately
