Responsibilities:
- Project manages all new business implementations.
- Identify and implement solutions to improve customers’ business travel programs.
- Coordinate with system vendor for system development and migration.
- Lead conference calls and create Implementation plans.
- Assist in driving operational efficiencies and improving the customer experience.
- Follow up with weekly notes, timeline updates and action items
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
- Working experience in a corporate travel management environment preferred
- Ability to work with different teams and departments effectively
- Proficient in using Ms Excel
- Able to meet tight deadlines
