Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage and control the internal control for Company and include actionable improvement plans are in place and followed up to completion

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Lenovo Indonesia financial and operational controls
2. Recommend to management changes required in company to achieve financial targets
3. Take care of tax activities and working with the external & internal auditors & Indonesia Tax authorities
4. Manage improvement projects so as to ensure company processes are continually improved
5. Ensure Staff succession / contingency plans and business continuity plans are in place and tested each year

Comments:
Concentrating work for a region ultimately involves risk and this position has the responsibility to manage this risk. This position is responsible for the management of Controls and financial controls within the Lenovo Indonesia to ensure we meet the Indonesia legal and tax requirements.

This role is also responsible for identifying inefficiencies within company and providing solutions and improvements to processes weaknesses.

Manage timely preparation, accuracy and compliance of all monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidated financial reports and close process ( with the support of Shared Service Centre in BJ) and statutory purposes

Monitor and analyze performance results against approved plan and Profit and Loss Report. Recommend and/or implement appropriate changes

Drive business results to budget - Revenue , GM %, GM, Expenses, DSO, Overdue AR and PTI

Define and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to properly manage the output and quality of the staffs work

Coach and develop staff to ensure appropriate financial and internal control are in compliance with Company’s accounting and local regulatory reporting.

Ensure Company expenses are charged in fair and true manner to the business as a reflection of the true cost drivers

Involved in financial forecasting, planning and analysis process and identify and resolve potential financial risk areas in timely manner

Participate in all ad-hoc projects such as ERP implementation and Asean reviews of financial processes

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
