Educator / Trainer
North-East (Singapore) - Yio Chu Kang
Responsibilities :
We are looking for native trainers (Indonesian, Myanmese & Filipino) to deliver orientation and home safety program for domestic helpers which is mostly Indonesian, Myanmese & Filipino with minimal English understanding.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute and evaluate training activities to ensure the effective delivery of training programmes to students
- Perform training needs analysis and formulate training plans for courses
- Participate in the planning and publication of training prospectus / brochures
- Collaborate with other departments to identify, examine, plan, execute and evaluate training required
- Participate in the recruitment of students at career talks and exhibitions
- Assume the role of an educational resource person
- Participate in quality improvement projects, committees and organisational strategic planning activities
Requirements :
- Diploma or equivalent educational qualifications and at least 1 year of teaching experience.
- Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
- Meticulous, service-oriented and able to multi-task.
- Aptitude and passion in developing and nurturing others.
