Responsibility :
To provide support for managing, measuring, and continuously improving two major programs in MOD (Managing & Appraising Performance and Employee Opinion Survey) and furthermore also provide support for change management, application review and enhancement, and training program implementation as required.

- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major
- Having at least 4 years experience in HR, exposure in Organizational Development will be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Excellent in English, both verbal and written
- Good analytical and communication skill
