Qualifications :
- Having knowledge about the concept of Lean Six Sigma / Quality Improvement
- Preferably have experience in Banking
- Female Preferred
- Age max 33 years
- Has the ability to write SOPs and make presentations
- It has expertise in project management
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill : Lean six sigma.
- Required language : English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Retail Banking/Branch Operation or Economist.
