In 1988, Bank Indonesia launched a banking reform package known as the "Package October 1988" or PAKTO 88. The main goal is to build 88 PAKTO competition in the banking sector to ease the requirements, including the liberalization of regulations on the establishment of new domestic private banks and joint-venture bank. As a result of the reforms, the Bank became one of the first foreign bank in Indonesia, and became a public company listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s Degree, preferable from these areas of Major: Economy, Management and Marketing, with GPA min 3.00
2. Demonstrate good command in English, both verbal and written.
3. Exhibit an excellent Ms. Office skill, especially with Ms Excel and Ms. Power Point.
4. Show set of prominent interpersonal skills with an outstanding communication proficiency.
5. Having a deep and sharp analytical aptitude toward a business.
6. Keen to be flexible and mobile
7. Display a fine networking ability to enhance the business’ growth
