Technical Support Staff

Responsibilities :
- Studying the Samsung product (IT products) in depth from a technical point
- Provide training on technical improvement of products
- Studying the defective spare part (defective) for improvement of product quality
- Analysis of the products in the market from a technical point
Requirements :
- Minimum graduated from D3 majoring in Electronic
- Experienced in their fields at least 3 years
- Have an interest in IT products
- Ability to communicate (verbal / written) in English
- Adept at using Windows and MS Office
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Willing to work on Saturdays
