Responsibilities :
- Medical Insurance claim assessment
- Medical claims analysis for statistical report purpose
- Liasing with the hospital / clinic for services
- Assisting our client with their needs and request for our service offered via phone
Requirements :
- Proficiency in English
- Degree in Biomedical Science, Biology or Health Science with minimum 1 - 2 years experience in the Insurance industry
- Articulate with good analytical skills
- Self motivated, independent and customer focused with excellent problem solving skills
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft office and windows
- Well organized, able to work independently & good team player
