Responsibilities :
Develop regional sales strategy and planning of distribution channels based on potential work areas to ensure the availability of the company's products in order to achieve regional sales & collection targets

Requirements :

• Bechelor degree from Agriculture Departement in any major
• 5 years experience in pesticide company, with the last 3 years in supervisory level with proven sales track records
• Having strong Sales Forecasting Skill & Distribution Channel Management
• Having good analysis, able to met deadline and priorities, and under tight target
• Able to work individual as well as team
• Having good people management skill
• Able to set up Key Performance Indicators to drive operational excellence
• Strong interpersonal skills and good communication
• Willing to be stationed & travel all over company's representative
