Front Office Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Handling the sale room
  • Doing blocking room in the morning
  • Charging Handle Registration Card by guests upon check-in
  • Giving welcome drink while waiting for the registration process
  • Oversee lending and copying are ID card, current registration process and immediately returned.
  • Filling Guest Card danBreakfast
  • Bellboy handed a room key and escort guests to the new check-in to the room that has been determined
  • Receive and take care of guest requests, and forward to the department concerned
  • Provide the requested information accurately guests
  • Help to open the vehicle doors are
  • Take guests check in gets reception
  • Helping guests to bring items at check in or check out

Requirements :
  1. Male or Female Age Maximum 27 Years
  2. Minimum education Diploma 3 / S1 All Programs
  3. Minimum Height For Men 168, Women 155 (With Weight Proportional)

  6. Mastering a Foreign Language English Minimal
  7. Able to Work With Shifting System
