Decision Management Campaign Analyst
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns for various banking products
- Working closely with program managers to gather and understand business requirements
- Understanding the dynamic of customer portfolio and the impact of the marketing campaigns
- Tracking and evaluating key performance for campaign management effectiveness
Requirements :
- S1 degree, IT / Science or degree with high logic component
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Having knowledge in programming languages, preferably SQL, Visual Basic, VBA for Macro development
- Having exposure with SAS programming skills and/or knowledge in Data warehousing is preferred
- Quick learner
- Creative problem solving capability
- A team-player with ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Quality conscious
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Fluent in English
