The seed is the result of crossbreeding genetic material comes from a variety of materials and elders selected from 225 families and 50 families Pisifera dura.
At the end of 2011, Sampoerna Agro managing a total area of 108,543 hectares of oil palm plantations, consisting of 81 258 hectares of land in South Sumatra and 27,285 hectares in Central Kalimantan and West. Of the total area of plantations, 78,517 hectares of oil palm recorded already produced and 30,026 hectares of oil palm immature.

- Assist HR Services Region Manager in implementing industrial relations program in region. Examine industrial relations issues, and coordinate with other department to resolve the issues. Maintain good relationship with employee and union by regularly visit to plantation and factory.
Requirements :
- Willing to be based in Palembang.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree ( S1 ) (Preferred in Law & Psycology).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (Having plam oil knowledge and working experience is an advantage).
- Familiar in handle filling system, knowing about labour law and its regulations, proactive, trustworthy, responsible.
- Having Negotiational Skill, Communicative, Good Leadership and Team Player.
- Able to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
