Training and Development Executive

Kepulauan Riau

Responsibilities :

• Developing strategy and procedures of training, including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, training need analysis and evaluation, talent management and counseling.

Requirements :

1. Degree holder preferably from Psychology / English.
2. Minimum 3 years experience with strong background in recruitment and training methodology.
3. Fluent in English, good computer skills (spreadsheet & presentation applications) excellent interpersonal skills and proactive in project improvement.

Remuneration :
