Managed Services Engineer

Responsibilities :
- To manage and ensure the items in the project area, and execution time milestones Data Center Infrastructure
- Responsible for achieving service level agreement and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, dependencies, identify potential risks, critical path, contingency plans and suggestions for improved management and stakeholders.
- Rovide progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.Manage the project after sales phase (under contract or under warranty).
- Comply with Fujitsu policy when working with external partners and customers.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years in implementing Data Center
- Experience in handling Operations DC. (As we Perform day-to-day operations DC, Achieve SLA, Reports, Network, and other related utilities in DC
- Has experience as an IT project manager Project infrastructure implementation
- Graduated from reputable university, minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Educational Background : Information Technology or Computer Science or Telecommunications Management orInformation or equal
- Good communication in English both oral & written
- Have a good learner self-motivated, quick, can do attitude and able to work as skills, good administrative team
- Willing to work extended hours / holidays / weekends to meet project requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and time required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and teamwork player
- Have CDCP certification will advance
- aving a PMP certification will advance
