HR Business Partner
Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling all HR related inquires from assigned business units and to handle them properly is responsible for coordinating and supporting each business unit and works closely with management to help each business unit in industrial relations, recruitment materials, leadership and development, etc.
Requirements :
- Min. Diploma 3 / S1 Degree from reputable university
- At least 4 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR Generalist
- Expert in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Expert in SAP system application
- Good analytical, organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work in detail, multitask, and under pressure situations
- Both the personnel process and consultation skills
- good working attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, both oral and written is a must
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian Labour Law and HR
