Operational Manager

Bekasi (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities : 

• Responsible for completing the project from start to handover 
• Responsible for project control in terms of time, cost & quality 
• Coordinate and attend internal and external 
• Check the completeness of project documents, such as: drawings, Specifications, Bill of Quantity, PO, etc. Inspection Report 
• Attending meetings of tender processes started meeting aanwijzing to offer price 
• Prepare a plan of implementation of integrated development projects include : the method of implementation and coordination in the field to be presented to the Directors 
• Maintaining harmony with the Client, Owner, environmental and field staff 
• Control of all project activities in order to keep moving towards the goal Maintain and improve poduktifitas, efficiency and quality of the whole work of subordinates 

Requirements : 

1. Minimal S1 in Civil Engineering 
2. Has experience in contracting company as operational manager (BTS Tower, HRS Building) min 5 years 
3. Can operate a computer (Windows, Ms.office, Ms. Project, Auto cad & Internet) Able to read construction drawings (civil) and understanding of project management 
4. Have strong analytical power, hardworking and have a high loyalty Have leadership and strong leadership
