Assistant Manager, Finance Change and Operations
West
Responsibilities :
- Provides support for implementation of business and change management initiatives in Finance.
- Assists with the collation and reporting of domain specific and globally required key performance indicators, scorecards and other key metrics.
- Assists with the engagement and communication with Finance staff, business partners and key stakeholders.
- Provides support in the production of Finance project documentation for sign off and other project activities.
- Assists with bank-wide projects involving Finance, including co-ordination with System and Change Delivery on project progress and updates.
- Assists with the co-ordination and implementation of process improvements initiatives in Finance.
- Provides administrative support, including the update of Finance intranet.
- Liaises and manages a diverse group of business partners and key stakeholders in various communication and finance change programmes as well as project co-ordination.
- Continues personal development and up-skilling and reach the capability level required of this role.
- Assist to ensure that there is an effective internal process and operation environment within Finance.
Requirements :
- Along with a Diploma/Degree in Business or operations management,you should have 2 - 5 years in change and project management.
- To succeed in this role, you should be meticulous and possess good organisation and analytical skills.
- You should have good communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of colleagues.
- Good project and time management skills are vital to effectively manage the diversity of responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of financial accounting, financial systems and processes will be advantageous.
