General Manager Operation Novotel

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities :

• Managing operation activities in Hotel based on SOP and procedures. 
• Build up annual report in Finance including Cost and revenue from hotel activities. 
• Responsible in shift schedule and human resource management such as Recruitment, Training and Payroll. 
• Responsible in maintanance and develop the asset in Hotel (Room service, Lobby, Food & Beverage outlets). 
• Build up the strategies for promotion to increasing the revenue. 

Requirements :

1. Female/Male. 
2. Max. 40 years old.
3. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Marketing or equivalent.
4. At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
6. Full-Time position available.
7. Have good understanding in Hotel management and Hotel operational activites.
8. Capable in handling Finance in a team with Finance controller and chief accounting.
9. Have good senses in build promotion strategies in Marketing division.
10. Have good knowledge and enough experience in handling Food & Beverages area.
11. Have strong leadership in maintain subordinates.
12. Expert in english language (written and oral).
13. Able to build up bussiness relations to external sources.
14. Able to work underpressure.
