Training Supervisor

Responsibilities :
To conduct and develop training for Customer Service, Gallery, Call Center and/or Sales force regarding soft skills, product, etc.

Requirements :

• Holding a minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major from a reputable University
• Having a minimum of 2 years working experience in Training or Learning & Development, preferably in Telecommunication industries (Provider, vendors, etc)
• Strong analytical skills, Service excellent, creative, have excellent interpersonal skill, excellent communication and presentation skill.
• Language Competency : Bahasa Indonesia, English.
• Computer literate.
• Able to work under pressure and high target environment.
• Willing to travel in all company’s operational area.
• Willing to be stationed in: JAKARTA & SURABAYA
