Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
- Prepare and maintain IT records & reports (such as EDEN, ITG, Resource List and Demand and Supply).
- Assist in Project Documentation Coordination (e.g. migration list, signoffs, closures).
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Computer studies or Business studies with 2 years relevant experience.
- Possess knowledge in clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing, record keeping and basic office management.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant attitude with excellent planning and organization skills.
