Customer Relation Staff (CSR)

Job Description :

• Handle customer complaint database and establish integrated report for management.

Qualification :

• D3 from any major who has experience in handling customer, interest in automotive industry and good communication skill

Finance & Accounting Staff (FAS)

Job Description :

• Handle costing administration, control and monitoring. Also responsible to handle account receivable for our vehicle, parts and service.

Qualification :

• D3 from Accounting or Finance with good communication skill and able to work under pressure.

Parts Installation Engineer (PIE)

Job Description :

• Maintain and monitor the installation of our accessories on our vehicle.

Qualification :

• D3 from Mechanical and Electrical Engiyneering who has good analytical thinking, self confidence and good communication skill.

After Sales Marketing Staff (ASS)

Job Description :

• Support and maintain after sales service activities in Toyota's dealer by socializing Toyota's after sales standard, monitoring and evaluating activities.

Qualification :

• D3 from any engineering background who has good analytical thinking good communication skill and willing to travel.

Logistic Staff (LS)

Job Description :

• Maintain quality of product by managing vehicle and parts logistic operation and make improvement in area.

Qualification :

• D3 from any engineering background who has good analytical thinking, self confidence and good communication skill.
