MIC Supply Planner
Jawa Barat - Narogong
Responsibilities :
- To manage MIC supply activities from the source up to NAR, CIL, CQ, Tuban Plant, and Holcim Beton
- To manage transporters and its availability
- To ensure that the MIC supply meet the plan by closely coordinating with relevant function
Requirements :
- Min. S1(preferably in business management, marketing or engineering), Master Degree would be advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years experiences in relevant position
- Experience in transportation and Logistics activities
- Computer literacy (MS : word, Good in excel, power point,
- Microsoft outlook, SAP System)
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Working knowledge of the MIC source development, OHS, Compliance, procurement, engineering, operations, and logistic
- Knowledge on relevant geographical area
- Having good soft skill (leadership, communication, coaching)
- High discipline is an independent working environment
- Negotiation & decision making
