Sales Engineer Staff (SE)
Responsibilities :Customers/partners engagement, product training, presentation, demonstration, market analysis, managing/maintaining customer relationship, & sales activities to achieve target
Requirements :
- Male/Female, experience min 1 year in Sales & Marketing function or equivalent in IT Company
- Age 22-26 years old
- Min S1 degree preferably majoring in IT/ Engineering / Electrical Engineer / Computer Science
- Outgoing and confident personality
- Be able to network across organizations boundaries at all levels
- Good business communication and presentation skills
- High initiative, target oriented, ambitious and willing to travel
Customer Service Staff (CSS)
Responsibilities :Handling customer, problem escalation and follow up, handling administration job
Requirements :
- Male/Female, age 24-30 years old
- Min D3 degree majoring IT / Computer Science
- Having min 1 year experience as Customer Service / Call Center
- Having experience in SAP will be an advantage
- Familiar with customer service report, customer oriented
Supply Chain Management Staff (SCM)
Responsibilities :Be part of SCM team which integrate key business process from end user through original suppliers that provide products, service and information that add value for customers, support billing and procurement process, support logistic and liaise with 3PL vendor
Requirements :
- Male/Female, age 23-30 years old
- Min S1 degree in any major, good knowledge in English and SAP MM/SD is an advantage
- Min 2 years experience in related field
- Good knowledge in Logistic and MS Office
Product Marketing – IV (PMIV)
Responsibilities :
Provide strategic direction for the home projector category, manage all facets of the product marketing, mix including control over P&L, budgeting and forecasting, marketing communications, advertising and promotional activities, and the management of inventory, develop and maintain external relationships with channel partners and key end user groups, responsible for the sales and marketing of projector products through various channel and vertical markets including education, IT and AV, motivate and support sales team, translate complex and technical products into a clear, compelling message for sales teams and end users
Requirements :
- Male/Female, age 24-30 years old
- Min S1 Degree
- Min 2 years experience in product marketing
- Must have experience in consumer electronic projectors
- Must have experience in pricing and P&L responsibility
- A self starter, positive attitude, professional appearance and ability to work as team member, communication with others and share responsibility to work towards common goals
- Enthusiastic with a keen interest in technology and ability to quickly understand product ranges
- Good communication and verbal reasoning skills
- Exhibit proactive work habits and desire to succeed
Pre-Sales Staff (PSS)
Responsibilities :
Involved in daily pre-sales activities cycle starting from market technology / competitor analysis, customer approach, product demo & presentation, creating tender requirement, proof of concept (POC) until implementation process. Work closely to sales team to generate leads and opportunities. Conduct pre-sales training / Workshop to channel and end-user. Product / Solution development based on EPSON product. Support marketing eventsuch as new product launch, training and exhibition
Requirements :
- Male, age 22-28 years old
- Min S1 degree majoring in IT / Engineer / Electrical Engineer /Computer Science
- Having well knowledge in computer system and peripheral troubleshooting with various operating systems such as Windows, Linux, UNIX and Macintosh
- Well knowledge in application programming language such as VB/C/Delphi
- Hard worker, having good interpersonal skills, excellent business communications & presentation skills, self starter, solution oriented and willing to travel
- Having presales experience in electronic products is an advantage
General Requirements :
- Excellent knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good team work, good interpersonal, communication skills, high integrity
- Having min GPA 3.00
- Computer literate especially MS Office
- Able to work under pressure to achieve goal
