Portfolio Manager Position for Mezzanine Capital Unit
Work Location Jakarta Raya
- Managing the investment portfolio in Singapore, Malaysia, China and Indonesia, with a primary focus on Indonesia.
- Working in a team that provides support / support in the structuring, negotiation, due diligence (due diligence) and the documentation process of portfolio managementcapacity.
- Responsible for monitoring and divestment exercise and post-investment collaboration with members of the management team (team members deal).
- Ensuring the whole process of investment and meet the requirements of internal and external.
- Conduct and manage the Association to ensure the continuity of relationship andknowledge management on the investment agreement.
