Customer Satisfaction Officer
Job Accountabilities :
Responsible to handle customer inquiries and customer complaint/claim in
order to meet customer satisfaction and expand business opportunities
Job Requirement :
Bachelor degree in Engineering from reputable university
Having knowledge in tire industry will be preferable
Amiable, self initiated and costumer focused
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command in English, both oral and written
Willing to travel
Computer literate
