PT INTI Global Optical Communication or IGOC is a joint venture company between a subsidiary of PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) with Global Optical Co. Communication Ltd.  Based in South Korea. IGOC engaged in manufacturing fiber optic cables, FTTH , splitters and accessories . Since founded in 2012 IGOC continues to grow in line with the development of fiber optic-based telecommunications infrastructure in Indonesia. To meet the needs of Indonesian market which continues to grow and the possibility to work on overseas markets, IGOC plans to increase production capacity and improve service to customers.
IGOC keep challenging with the spirit relying on the human respect and pursuing a new technology. Posisi : Finance & HRD Manager

 

Responsibilities:

• Company’s Financial & Management Report (Balance sheet, Income Statement, P/L Report)
• Budget Plan & Control
• Human resource and personnel development management
• Handling Company Permits & Lisences

Requirements:

1. Max. 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economic from reputable university and Brevet A & B certified or BSc. in Human Resouce Management with deep experience in Accounting position.
3. At least 5 years works experience in related fields,  at least 3 years in accounting position 
4. Experience in Human Resource Development Management. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labour Law and possess some Tax law knowledge are advantages
5. Strong in Leadership, relationship building and interpersonal skills
6. Good appearance, attitude and positive mind
7. Excellent problem solving skills
8. Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines
9. Domicile Bandung or Jakarta
10. Able to start SOON
