Land Operation Management Superintendent

Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with all related parties (internal & external) to ensure that all activities to the land & property assets will be conducted properly as company policies, regulations and business objectives; land acquisition, land swap, land lease, protect company assets (land & property)
- Make sure all document related to the land & property are valid legally.
- Process all land & property documents that expired and need to be extended (land certification, etc). incl. the annual payment of land and building tax (PBB).
- Handle any dispute on land & property matters.
- Maintain and update company land & property assets data base periodically.
- Maintain good relations with the government institutions related to land & property matters to ease and smoothen the process of license & permits.
Requirements :
- Experience minimum 3 years in leading people /team work
- Minimum 1 years in land & property management
- Education S1 Degree in any major with strong background in legal or commercial or management.
- Computer literacy Microsoft office, Lotus Notes, SAP, Google Earth
- Language good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written)
- Other qualification / skills Good leadership skill
- Excellent communication skill
- Good negotiation skill
- Good interpersonal skill
- Have a good technical & analytical skill as well as ability to read and review technical tools & document (map, GPS and other drawing)
- Ability to interpret law & regulations, legal document related to land & property matters
