Job Summary:
Junior Legal Counsel will be responsible for assist legal counsel,
providing legal support in the area of corporate agenda of multinational
corporation, and providing high-quality legal support services to
business units.
Job Description:
- Identify risks, issues also suggest alternatives that lead to the best solution
- Review, drafting, and negotiate business contracts in English
- Respond to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions
- Prepare and disseminate information regarding contract status, compliance, modification, etc.
- Monitor changes in legislation that impacting on the are of responsibility
- Organizing training session
- Monitor and advise on the company's compliance with its legal obligations
- Coordinate efficient external legal support within the area of responsibility as necessary
Requirements:
In order to succed the role, you should ideally have:
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Law or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as House Lawyer
- Experienced in providing advice on various legal documentation, including contracts and agreements
- Excellence command in English
- Excellence in legal drafting and analytical skill
- Strong team player who used to working in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and high observant
- Strong organization skill and communication skill
