DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
  • Studying the tender requirements of the TOR, RFQ, etc.
  • Coordinate and prepare tender documents requirements: legality, correspondence, manufacture bid bond, bank reference, the finalization of the proposal, technical cellophane, prepare a CV
  • Monitor the status and validity period of the company for the benefit of legal documents tenders
  • Documenting the tender documents and CV
  • Creating and documenting quotation
  • Prepare proposals and hardcopy document
  • Support sales marketing:
    • Administration prepare for event, seminars, workshops, presentations, training, etc.
    • Transmit and monitor the status of the list of invitations to events above
  • Make a proposal template solution based solutions and information provided by a team of solution architects.
  • Finding and collecting the necessary administrative
  • Making the final results draft proposal, print and pack the Solution Proposal
  • Monitor proposals with a time line that has been specified, Reminding/inform any related parties and accelerate the actions needed to meet the delivery deadline.
Requirements:
  1. Good written and spoken English
  2. Able to work in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
  3. Familiar with internet Web
  4. Good interpersonal skill and good team player
  5. Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
  6. Min Bachelor Degree from any major.  
  7. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  8. Age max 30 years old
  9. Good administrative skill
  10. Able to work individual or in a team.
  11. Easily adaptable with new environtment
