Posisi : HR - Senior Organization Development Officer (HR-SODO)
Jakarta Utara

Responsibilities :
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate performance management program and procedures (goals setting, work standards, performance appraisal, related policy and procedure).
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate programs of supervisory & management development (fast track program).
  • Develop, implement and evaluate change management program activities.
Requirements :
  1. Min. S1 Human Resources from a reputable university. Certification in people training and development & organization development will be an advantage.
  2. Experienced in supervisory and management development program.
  3. Knowledge of :
    • Human resource development theories and applications (career development and management development).
    • Organizational development program, fast track program (supervisory & management)
    • Employee involvement strategies.
    • Task/process analysis.
    • Performance management and performance appraisal methods & process.
    • Techniques to assess HRD program effectiveness (satisfaction, learning, and job performance of program participants and organizational turnover and productivity).
  4. Personal Competencies :
    1. Ability to explain the main purposes, characteristics, methods and communication techniques of an effective performance appraisal program
    2. Ability to answer the question, "How would you use performance management techniques to develop a clear 'line of sight' connecting the employees' performance and company goals?"
    3. Ability to run supervisory and management development program
    4. Ability to describe the methods can be used to support employees career development needs
