DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :
- Provide direction and support in the area of conference coordination and works with additional resources as needed
- Support business objectives by developing working relationships with clients/client assistants and various support for staff members to facilitate the information flow and scheduling process
- Anticipate and coordinate point-to-point travel needs (flight, ground transport, hotel, passport, visas, etc.)
- Responsible for providing extended support to a Partner(s) who may have responsibilities outside of direct client work (i.e., Practice Area , Regional Role, Node Support)
- Coordinate special projects/initiatives under the direction of a Global Leader, Regional Director, Office Administrator, Node Support
- Provide general administrative support and secterarial duties
Requirements:
- Min Diploma
- Fluent in English Both Oral and Written
- Excellent in MS Office
- Customer Oriented
- Excellent in Communication Skill
