Bank UOB Indonesia is an Indonesian company and a limited liability company engaged in the banking financial services. The bank was originally named "Bank Buana Indonesia" and was founded in 1956. The company changed its name to "UOB Bank Buana" in 2008 because the majority of shares purchased by UOB, a banking company from Singapore. With majority ownership transferred to the company that originally UOB listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange filed a voluntary delisting and going private in 2008 UOB (Indonesia) to leading banks in Indonesia, is committed to providing quality products and provide the best service.   • 1956: PT Bank Buana Indonesia (BBI) was established in Jakarta.
  • 1965: Bank Buana was acquired by a partnership of five industrial companies.
  • 1972: BBI merger with PT Bank National Development, in Bandung.
  • 1974: PT Bank Welfare Society, in Semarang on the acquisition.
  • 1975: BBI merger with PT Bank Safe Makmur, in Jakarta.
  • 1976: Bank Buana a permit as a foreign exchange bank.
  • 1989: BBI form a joint-venture with Japan's Mitsubishi Bank, and renamed PT Mitsubishi Buana Bank (later renamed PT Bank DBS Buana).
  • 1990: Joint-venture with DBS and TatLee, changed its name to PT Bank DBS TatLee Buana.
  • 1994: A holding company formed under the name of PT Sari Dasa Karsa, which acquired a nearly 90 percent stake in Bank Buana and formed a new management team.
  • 1999: BBI received Class A certification from Bank Indonesia and sell shares of DBS Bank Buana.
  • 2000: Bank Buana went public and listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
  • 2002: Listed on the New York Stock Exchange as ADRs.
  • 2003: International Finance Corporation (a subsidiary of the World Bank), acquired seven per cent stake in Bank Buana.
  • 2010: UOB Indonesia merged with UOB Buana by letter of approval from Bank Indonesia Np. 12/45/KEP.GBI/2010 on June 10, 2010 [4]
  • 2011: Bank UOB Buana officially changed its name to Bank UOB Indonesia

Risk Strategy & Analytics Head ( RMG-RS )
Jakarta

Responsibilities :
  • To lead Risk Strategic & Analytic Departement in managing the overall strategic risk within Bank's risk tolerence & appettie
  • To lead the Risk Management Campaign in order to promote Bank's risk awareness
  • To provide Project Management Office (PMO) support for BASEL II implementation in accordance with Bank Indonesia & Group requirement
  • To be a coordinator in collating risk reports from other risk departements and ensure that risk reporting to Senior Management, Committee and Regulator is complete, accurate, reliable, informative and timely manner
  • To ensure that Risk Management MIS is complete, informative, reliable and accessible
  • To provide secretary support for Risk Management Committee
Requirements :
  1. Bachelor Degree in Economic
  2. Have experiences as Financial Auditor/Consultant in Accounting Firm (KAP)
  3. Have banking experiences at minimum 5 years
  4. Able to provide a good leadership
  5. Have a sound Risk Management knowledges, BASEL II and Bank Strategic Analysis
  6. Have a good analytical skills
  7. Have a good communication skills
  8. Have BSMR level 3 certification
