It began broadcasting on 15 December 2001. On December 15, 2006, the official name became Trans 7 from TV 7 due to ownership of half of Trans Corp, a company that also owned Trans TV.

Requirements :
- Male / Female, not married
- Hold min. S1 degree from any majors with GPA Min. 3:00
- Very interested in journalism and having proficiency in spoken and written English
- Have attractive appearance and face the camera
- Please attach your recent photograph (better in close up).
Accounting (ACC)
Requirements :
- Male / Female
- Have a diploma in Accounting with GPA Min S1. 3:00
- Have good analytical thinking and communication skills
- Having Brevet Tax Certification is better
Event & Publishing (EVP)
Requirements :
- Male / Female
- S1 from any major, preferably from the Department of Communications with GPA Min. 3:00
- Communication skills, energetic, and able to work under pressure.
