Training Data Management & Reporting Staff

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities : 

• Act as PIC in recording and maintaining all data related to Bank's training activities
• Perform data analysis and generate routine reports related to training for management and regulator
• Monitor Bank training budget and its realization
• Forecast and budget training cost bankwide
• Perform process improvement and enhancement to current operating procedure in working unit through system development
• Perform various tasks assigned by manager

Requirements :

1. Female, max 25 years old
2. Prefer education background S1 Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or Computerize Accounting, with GPA min 2.75
3. Fresh Graduate or maximum 2 years of working experience
4. Strong knowledge and experience in database
5. Have advance knowledge in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access (preferably with some macro experience)
6. Have experience with HRIS
7. Strong analytical dan problem solving skill
