 IT Help Desk Staff

Responsibilities :
  • Receive and resolve the issue (Problem / Service Request) is received from the user in Panin Bank Branch
  • Escalating Issue (Problem / Service Request) received from the Branch User
  • Perform record keeping, database, registration and administration of Issue (Problem / Service Request) is received from the user branch.
Requirements :
  1. Male or Female age 25-35 years
  2. Have a minimum educational background S1 Computer Science or Information Systems with a minimum GPA of 2.75
  3. Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Help Desk, particularly in the banking industry (especially for the understanding and CBS Teller ICBS)
  4. Have a good Attitude
  5. Easy to adapt to new environments
  6. Have good communication skills
  7. Have good interpersonal skills and discipline
