Receptionist /Customer Service Staff ( Code : RCS )

Responsibility :

• Front office operational, AR Administrator and as personal assistant of General Manager of Sales and Marketing such : incoming and out call, meeting & travel arrangement , travel claim, mail distribution , filling, welcoming guest, support administration for delivery of documents/ marketing , handling for customer inquiry, retention and claim and other sign duties by General Manager.

Qualification :

1. Holding min. Diploma in Public Communication, Secretary or Administration
2. Having at least 1 year experience in same the same field.
3. Excellent in computer tools such Ms. Office and having SAP would be advantage.
4. Able to communicate in English (oral and written) and Excellent in computer tools such Microsoft Office.
5. Result and process oriented. Good communication, administration skills.
6. Based at North Jakarta
