Requirements :
- Men / Women
- Age max. 35 years
- Education min. S1 from various departments
- GPA min. PTN and GPA min 2.75. 3:00 PTS
- Having experience min. 2 years on the Performance in HRD or have experience at managerial level
- Knowledgeable in the field of Performance Management, Balanced Scorecard, KPI Concept, Coaching & Counseling, Basic - basic obedience, Business Process Design, SOP Service Quality, Designing Key Performance Indicators
- Able to operate the Statistical Concept & Skills (SPSS)
- Have the ability to operate computer min. MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Excellent English both oral and written
