Job Description :
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in mixing, dividing, molding,and examination of the dough, and in baking, slicing and wrapping bread, cakes andother bakery products: Check the dough and the dough to a certain consistency.
Qualifications :
- Male, age max. 27 years
- Education min. D3 F-B Hospitality/Pastry/Food Technology
- Responsible for managing and controlling the production process
- Able to develop the business, quality control
